1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Perishable or hygiene-related items (e.g., food, cosmetics)
2. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at aggarwalcollections9gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9024267301 with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if damaged).
- Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back.
- Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Once approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
